No-scope match rules

Here are the no-scope match rules for when training nigh is on, i decided to make this because at the start of one match an anonymous whistleblower was using an MP40

*You MUST have a sniper (including M1 Garand scoped, and PTRS-41) with a scope on.

*No Pistols, No Knife, No Primary Grenades, No perk inventory (flamethrower, c4, betties, etc.)

*Allowing Special Grenades is upto the host

*Quick Scope is not allowed

*Stick within these rules
